Doc. 40 / Box test
Sign up and try the system with real stock, at no cost.
A representative box, typically 20 to 200 garments, processed through the full Opera flow. You receive item-level recovery data and a business case for your category, costed to your own volumes.
Next
A 90-day pilot, only if you decide to continue.
If the box-test numbers justify continuing, we move to a 90-day operational pilot at your real return volumes. Weekly cadence, item-level reporting, quarterly readout. Continue, scale, or stop at the end of the pilot — no contractual lock-in.
FAQ
The questions we get most.
- What happens after the 90-day pilot?
- You receive an item-level report and a category-specific business case. If the numbers work, we move to a rolling commercial agreement. If they don't, the pilot ends.
- Where does Opera operate?
- The UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and France. Returns are recovered at the nearest network facility — a return in Madrid is recovered in Spain.
- Will Opera change our internal operations?
- No. We collect from a single point in your facility on a weekly cadence and return finished stock wherever it sells. No ERP changes, no warehouse moves.
- How is the data delivered?
- Item-level recovery, treatment, disposition and audit-trail data, formatted for the national regulator that owns your market.
- Who handles the garments?
- Trained garment care professionals at audited facilities in the network. One commercial contract with Opera; one operational specification across every site.
